Purpose: Directs all sales, sales administration, municipal contract functions for SSB sales and USB sales. In addition oversees the Marketing and Communications team.
Core Responsibilities:
•Manages and directs the sale of SSB and USB products and services through subordinate managers, regional sales managers, distributions and channel partners.
•Maintains an in-depth knowledge of company’s and competitors products and services, sales and spaneting techniques, and financial principles.
•Ensures conformance of all functions expenditures to budget.
•Develops long range goals and objectives.
•Works with senior management in developing companys Strategic Plan for all reporting functions with specific emphasis on sales growth plan strategies and contributing to the product development process.
•Responsible for meeting sales and sales margin goals for the company.
•Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
•Bachelors degree in business, spaneting or related area.
•MBA required.
•Minimum ten years progressively responsible sales/sales management experience.
•Possess technical knowledge/aptitude; pump sales experience a plus.
•Proficient PC skills, including spreadsheet and word processing software.
This positions requires 50 domestic and international travel.
