Job Description

Day to Day Duties

• Supporting the Helicopter Director and team with their portfolio of clients
• Developing an expert understanding of the aircraft and chartering process
• Supplier relationship management
• Managing private charter bookings from enquiry to post-flight report on behalf of the Group Helicopter Director
• Flight watching/overseeing flight departures/arrivals
• Coordinate with the airlines / airport / clients for the flight operation
• Building relationships with airlines worldwide
• Update the customer for the flight operation

** Please note: This role will support the team for 18months with the view that after this period you will train to become a full-fledged Helicopter Charter Sales Broker**

Additional Information

Based in this location, you will receive a starting salary of 35,000 per annum.

• Previous experience working in a customer facing role is essential
• Airline or airport experience is desired
• Excellent customer service skills, client focused with the ability to build strong relationships
• Exceptional communication skills - fluency in a second language is an advantage
• Ambitious, motivated and willing to learn new skills & industry
• Hardworking and flexible, this role is not simply 9-5
• Organised with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
• Comfortable working towards KPIs and targets
• *MUST be able to travel frequently & often at short notice*
• Must hold a full UK driver’s license
