Le poste : Agent(e) de ventes de groupeSous l’enseigne Vacances Sunwing, nous recherchons un(e) Agent(e) de ventes de groupe pour aider nos clients à réaliser leurs vacances de rêve.Vous serez responsable de générer de nouvelles ventes, de maximiser les marges, d’assurer la qualité des dossiers et de fidéliser la clientèle grâce à un service exceptionnel.Le poste est basé à Laval, Montréal, et relève du/de la Superviseur(e) – Soutien aux ventes de groupe. Vos responsabilitésRépondre aux appels entrants et conseiller les clients sur nos produits et services;Effectuer de la vente incitative et croisée en mettant de l’avant nos promotions et offres clés;Promouvoir et vendre des options additionnelles (sièges de groupe, Elite Plus, excursions, chèques-cadeaux, assurances, etc.);Répondre aux demandes de tarifs de groupe par courriel de façon professionnelle et rapide;Remplacer les représentants des ventes de groupe en cas d’absence, selon les directives du superviseur;Maintenir vos connaissances produits à jour et participer à la formation continue;Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe. Votre profilJusqu’à 1 an d’expérience en service à la clientèle ou dans un rôle connexe;Excellentes aptitudes en communication et goût du contact client;Organisé(e), minutieux(se) et capable de gérer plusieurs tâches à la fois;Esprit d’initiative et compétences en résolution de problèmes et prise de décision;Capacité à travailler sous pression, avec fiabilité et flexibilité;Connaissance de MS Office (Word, Excel, courriels);La connaissance de Soft Voyage TTS est un atout;Permis de conseiller en voyages (OPC) requis au moment de l’embauche. The Role: Group Sales Agent We are currently looking for a Group Sales Agent to join Sunwing Vacations. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new sales, maximizing margins, maintaining the quality of group files, and building long-term customer loyalty through exceptional service. This position reports to the Group Sales Support Supervisor and is based in Laval, Montreal. What You’ll Do Respond to incoming calls and assist with product and service inquiries Upsell and cross-sell on every call using key product and promotional information Sell optional add-ons such as group seating, Elite Plus, excursions, gift cards, and insurance Respond professionally and promptly to group rate requests received by email Provide coverage for group sales representatives when required, as directed by the supervisor Stay up to date on product knowledge and participate in ongoing training Perform other duties as assigned What You’ll Bring Up to 1 year of customer service or related experience Strong communication skills and a passion for working directly with clients Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks at once Demonstrated initiative with problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to work well under pressure, remain flexible, reliable, and prioritize workload Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, email) Knowledge of Soft Voyage TTS is considered an asset Travel Counselor license (OPC) required upon hire What We Offer Choice of remote or hybrid work arrangements Excellent travel perks Comprehensive benefits package Matching RRSP contribution program Career growth opportunities Free parking Community involvement through our corporate social responsibility initiatives And more!
