This position contributes to our vision by:
Primary duties:
tThis position will perform electrical wire harness installation at partner sites
tModification and repair of bundles at partner sites
tReads instructions such as work orders, diagrams, form boards and wire lists to determine materials needed and sequence of assembly.
tRework connectors, back shells, wires terminations, splices, split rings, lugs and any other component built in a Wire Harness
tWrap and tie wires
tRoute wires
tChange routing/ breakouts
tPerform Electrical Tests
tComplete associated paperwork
tAdheres to safe work practices and contributes to the evolution of the health, safety, and environmental program and culture
tAbility to obtain and sustain Operator Self Verification (OSV)
tAdheres to safe work practices and contributes to the evolution of the health, safety, and environmental program and culture;
tRegular, predictable attendance is required;
tOther duties may be assigned.

Job Requirements:

Education and/or Experience
•\tMust be 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
•\tMust have 0-2 years of wiring experience. Basic wiring experience or a combination of experience and training.
Knowledge/Skills
•\tCapable of completing new hire training course requirements
•\tExperience in Wiring Manufacturing or MRO desirable
•\tWiring knowledge (Basic)
•\tAircraft experience a plus
•\tthe ability to work in a team environment
•\tgood interpersonal skills (Basic)
•\tthe dedication to understand technical issues and seek resolution
•\tstable work history
•\twilling to work any shift
