In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to people leaders and HR teams, collaborating closely to understand staffing needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions. You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, with a focus on technical roles in manufacturing and engineering. Essential Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers and HR teams: Build strong relationships to understand business needs and provide strategic recruitment support.
Manage full-cycle recruitment: Lead sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes to ensure timely and high-quality hires.
Proactively source top talent: Utilize job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach to identify and engage passive candidates.
Develop talent pipelines: Create and maintain pipelines for critical roles to ensure readiness for future hiring needs.
Coordinate hiring efforts: Support large-scale recruitment initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities and operational demands.
Maintain ATS accuracy: Ensure applicant tracking system is updated with accurate and timely candidate information.
Deliver a positive candidate experience: Champion a candidate-centric approach throughout the recruitment process to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
Provide regular updates: Share recruitment progress, metrics, and insights with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
Stay ahead of industry trends: Continuously improve recruitment strategies by leveraging best practices and market insights.
Qualification/Requirements
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in technical recruitment, preferably in engineering, manufacturing, or aerospace industries.
Demonstrable expertise in sourcing passive candidates in competitive markets.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
Proactive and results-oriented: Strong sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Organizational skills: Exceptional time management and attention to detail.
