Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Flight Crew Training Support Manager (m/f) to join our PITB department within ATI, based in Toulouse.
You will join the iconic Airbus Transport International (ATI) team—Airbus&39; internal airline operating the Belugas—and the PITB organisation, contributing to the Airbus logistical challenge! ATI&39;s mission is to secure the on-time, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery of aircraft parts to production and assembly lines all across Europe.
You will play a key role within a transnational organisation supporting the success of Airbus operations.

Your challenges:
Provide daily assistance to pilots and instructors throughout their training activities and manage their administrative onboarding/follow-up.
Maintain up-to-date professional files for crew members, consolidate instructor/examiner lists, and monitor the qualification tracking software.
Contribute to creating, reviewing, and optimizing training manuals, evaluation sheets, and internal department procedures.
Input, cross-reference, and monitor training data, including MCQ results, training certificates, and qualification records.
Work in close collaboration with the Crew Scheduling department at the Operations Control Center (OCC), under the supervision of the RDFE.
Your boarding pass:
Background in administrative management, business support, or aviation/airport management (with a mandatory regulatory training plan provided upon hiring).
Prior experience in administrative support or records management, ideally gained within the airline industry or aviation training centers.
Proficiency in G Suite; prior knowledge of aviation regulations (AirOps, AirCrew) and industry software (Cyberjet, Orlando) is a strong asset.
Utmost rigor, strong organizational skills, team spirit, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills (especially when interacting with flight crews).
Perfect fluency in French and an intermediate level of English are required.
