PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Machine Operator to join our partner, a global leader in the aerospace industry, supporting the production of precision-engineered aircraft components. This hands-on role is ideal for individuals with a passion for craftsmanship, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence in manufacturing.
Your ImpactAs a Machine Operator, you’ll be a key player in shaping components that keep aircraft operating safely and efficiently. You’ll transform raw materials into precision-bent tubes that meet exact engineering specifications, ensuring every part meets the highest quality and performance standards in aerospace manufacturing.
What You’ll DoInterpret blueprints, work orders, and setup sheets to ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications.
Set up and operate manual and automated bending machines to produce bent tubes to blueprint requirements.
Program data into computers to achieve precise bending results.
Perform visual inspections on raw materials and finished parts to verify quality and conformance.
Use measuring tools and make necessary adjustments for accuracy.
Conduct Vector process scans to confirm data alignment with blueprints.
Perform daily machine maintenance, including leak checks and cleaning.
Uphold daily Quality and Safety standards in all operations.
What You BringRequired Qualifications:
Previous manufacturing experience in a production or machining environment.
Strong mathematical and measurement skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and specifications.
Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience operating or programming bending machines (helpful, but not required).
Familiarity with aerospace manufacturing or precision metalwork.

Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
