Type: Full-Time; Consultant (6 months)
Location: Warner Robins, GA
Schedule: Wednesday–Saturday 1:30 PM – 12:00 AM (Second Shift, 10-hour shifts, 4x per week)
Starting Pay Rate: $31.77 per hour
Keep Aircraft Flying and Missions MovingPDS Tech Commercial, in partnership with a global aerospace leader, is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to join the high-performing logistics team supporting U.S. Air Force operations in Warner Robins, Georgia.
In this pivotal role, you’ll help manage Aircraft on Ground (AOG) and MICAP shipments—critical materials needed to keep aircraft mission-ready. You’ll play a vital part in ensuring speed, accuracy, and efficiency across the supply chain, directly impacting aircraft readiness and operational success.
What You’ll DoManage and track AOG and MICAP shipments for USAF customers.
Support and develop strategies and processes related to transportation and logistics services.
Coordinate initiation, processing, and follow-up of AOG/MICAP orders.
Oversee and evaluate service provider performance to ensure contractual compliance.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to mitigate risk and resolve logistics challenges.
Build strong business relationships with internal stakeholders, partners, and suppliers.
Contribute to a culture of teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll BringRequired Qualifications:
3–5 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or transportation.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., 4 years of related work experience).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with AOG/MICAP logistics or defense/aerospace programs.
Familiarity with supplier performance monitoring and contract adherence.
Process improvement or project management experience.

Pay Details: $31.77 per hour
