We are currently seeking a Station Support Supervisor to join our team in Goose Bay, NL!
Job Duties
- Assist with all aspects of the Goose Bay Counter Operation
- Assisting with payroll as required.
- As required, participate in the SMS and the Management of Change (MOC) process as it relates to assigned duties
- OSH & AOSH requirements of the Goose Bay Counter
- Maintaining supplies for the counter(s) PAL/AB as required
- Conduct initial and recurrent training classes for front line staff
- Assisting in resolving operational disruptions
- Participate and execute the PAL ERP
- Other duties assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ Customer Service or Supervisory experience
- Positive attitude and a strong desire to provide superior customer experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Conflict resolution skills, administrative and budget management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Solid understanding and experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
