Position: Senior Human Resources Manager
Reports To: Director of Finance, HR, and IT
Status: Exempt
Shift: Day Shift: Monday – Friday, flexible hours between 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Range: $90,000 - $125,000 / Year
BASIC WORKER FUNCTION:
The Senior Human Resources Manager oversees Human Resources to support company goals, compliance, and employee success.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF
TASKS:
- Leads the Human Resources team.
- Develop Human Resources policies and programs aligned with company goals.
- Ensure compliance with employment and financial regulations.
- Oversee hiring, employee relations, performance, and training.
- Advise leadership on workforce planning and financial health.
- Work with department leaders to support business needs.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Knowledge of Human Resources and employment law
- Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting systems.
- Ability to analyze data and make sound decisions.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Accounting, or related field.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- 7–10+ years of HR and/or Finance experience, including leadership roles.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to sit for long periods working at a computer.
- Ability to stand and walk around the office or plant as needed.
- Ability to communicate clearly in person, by phone, and electronically.
