YOUR IMPACT AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The list below is illustrating the main key responsibilities, not being exhaustive :
•tDrive Performance: Oversee day-to-day operations of an FAA 145-certified facility, delivering best-in-class quality, safety, and punctuality.
•tLead & Inspire: Manage and mentor a team of 80+ professionals (technicians, support staff, supply chain), cultivating a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
•tShape Strategy: Align site performance with global Safran objectives, leading local initiatives in continuous improvement, digitalization, and sustainability.
•tGrow the Business: Collaborate with sales and customer teams, actively engaging with major clients and identifying opportunities for new business and enhanced services.
•tManage Resources: Take full responsibility for budgets, financial targets, and CAPEX investments, ensuring sustained profitability and effective resource allocation.
•tChampion Compliance: Ensure total compliance with regulatory, corporate, and HSE standards, while driving continuous operational enhancement.

Job Requirements:

WHAT YOU BRING ?
Here is the list of the main qualifications and skills we are looking for in Safran for such a position. However, we acknowledge that no one is perfect so if you are missing one or two of them, you could find in our company a strong and robust structure to provide you high level training to support your personal improvement plan.
•\tA background in aviation/aerospace component repair (FAA/CMM/quality systems) and a solid grasp of production management.
•\tProven leadership experience, ideally managing multi-disciplinary teams in a technical environment.
•\tStrong communication skills, able to engage and influence stakeholders at every level—internally and externally.
•\tResults-driven mindset with demonstrated business acumen and an affinity for process improvement.
•\tBachelor's degree or equivalent experience; a valid A&P License is a strong plus.
•\tAnd for sure some physical abilities adapted to a job primarily office-based, with regular movement throughout the facility, but also manual dexterity for operating standard office equipment and an ability to travel, including internationally, up to 15% of the time.
