We are working in partnership with Pacific Aviation, a provider of airport ground handling and passenger services for leading airlines in North America, to recruit a Regional Manager. This leader must be results-driven to maximize operational performance to add and expand customer relationships across all East Coast stations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Visit each station and create a S.W.O.T. analysis of leadership and station
- Evaluate if we have the right leadership in place
- Determine and/or support the most effective leadership structure at the station level (use of supervisors, leads, dispatchers, etc.
- Determine most effective station support structure
- Drive leadership development (mentorship and strategic support) to build high-performing station teams
- Coordinate with station managers to make introductions with all customers
- Cultivate strategic customer relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction through onsite visits with account managers/directors
- Identify and convert new business opportunities through relationship building
- Standardize processes across stations
- Implement KPI metrics that align station teams with business objectives
- Review and update existing contracts
- Create a contract repository on the shared drive
- Ensure contractual compliance and documentation to minimize business risk
- Understand and document state/city ordinances that impact wage structure (LWO, etc.)
- Align with station managers in understanding of contracts
- Secure operating permits at BOS and RDU to expand Pacific Aviation's market footprint (Move permit from Superior to Pacific Aviation LLC)
- Implement competitive rate strategies that maximize station revenue potential for all East Coast stations (understand what is competitive in each market)
- Maintain profit margin discipline through establishing appropriate goals, working with Account Managers (AMs) to make plans, and implementing improvements
- Execute timely rate increases (30/60/90-day notices) to maintain revenue integrity
- Track and follow up with customer approvals to prevent revenue leakage
- Expand service offerings in BOS, RDU, and other markets to diversify revenue streams
- Build relationships with new business customers in existing markets (BOS, RDU) and other locations
- Perform other assigned duties as needed to support business operations, grow business, and develop team members
