A Product Assurance Manager position is now open at Airbus CRISA (Airbus Defense & Space) in Tres Cantos (Madrid area). Tasks and responsibilities
The PA manager will be responsible for:
Ensuring the quality function of different electronic processes (conception, integration, programming, tests, etc.)
Helping the project team which you are part of to succeed
Guaranteeing that customer needs are met
Defining and applying the Product Assurance Plan
Ensuring the quality of develop processes
The above-mentioned responsibilities will include the following task:
Ensuring the quality interface with the customer
Establishing and conducting the quality plan implementation
Conducting reviews/milestones (internal or contractual),
Leading and supporting the justification files with relevant arguments (anomaly processing, etc.)
Identifying quality relevant risks and supporting the implementation of Quality Improvement initiatives and APQP throughout the Project
Supporting the resolution of incidents through problem solving activities such as route cause analysis, PPS, 5WHYs, PFMEA, etc.
Leading and supporting the process of Non-Conformance Management
Ensuring the consistency between customer requirements and Airbus Crisa quality know-how (standard quality plan)
Participating in the definition of the actions for risk mitigation
Coordinating quality actions and managing the quality budget
Certifying product conformity with its specification. To do this, you will be supported by Quality staff to guarantee the correct processing of product non-conformances.
KEY DELIVERABLES: Product Assurance Plan, Non-Conformance Analysis and Consolidated Action Plan including feedback, Technical Risk Register, Risk Mitigation Plan, End to End Product/Service Conformity, Attestation, APQP
Key Business Deliverables such as Quality Plan Timing (when owner).
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: to demonstrate conformity to processes and requirements at Programme level to Customers and External Authorities (when authorized), to drive non conformity management at Programme level.
This role will involve some travel for business and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.
Work experience requirements: more than 2 years of experience in product quality assurance or supply chain quality. Also, experience in Manufacturing or Testing will be considered.
Educational requirements:
Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in Engineering (Electronic, Automatic, Aeronautic, etc.) or Physics, Chemistry, etc...
Advanced Level of English
Soft skills set required: Strong communication skills, team player, analytical skills, rigorous approach, ability to think ahead and anticipate
