You will be the Logistics Lead for the PAC-3 Sustainment Operations Program. Our team is responsible for planning and executing Field Missile Activity logistics requirements, ensuring timely and effective support for our contracted customers.



What You Will Be Doing
As the Logistics Lead, you will be responsible for leading all facets of Field Missile Activity logistics requirements, working closely with the Program Manager, Field Operations Manager, and USG customer personnel to ensure contractual obligations are met.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Leading Field Missile Activity logistics requirements
• Supporting the Program Manager and Field Operations Manager
• Collaborating with USG customer personnel and cross-functional teams
• Planning and coordinating missions, including scheduling and status updates
• Resolving conflicts and ensuring technical integrity of Field Missile Activity kits
• Managing program budgets and coordinating employee travel
• Occasional domestic and international travel

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum Bachelors degree in a relevant field
• Control Account Management experience and ability to be certified in earned value management system processes and procedures
• Exceptional teambuilding and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively both orally and in writing
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with mature judgment
• Record of utilizing the Full Spectrum Leadership (FSL) model
• Ability to proactively manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Formal presentation skills and strong organization and time management skills

• Experience in Field Operations concepts
• Proven customer relationship skills and previous experience with USG agencies (SHIELD and DCMA)

• Experience with international shipping requirements
• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
