Advanced Products & Solutions (APS) / Radio Frequency Solutions (RFS) – a product line within Raytheon - is looking for a motivated finance professional to guide the E-2D team. This role will work closely with the program managers as well as cross-functional partners to facilitate financial results, while also maintaining excellent internal controls. This finance supervisor position is an integral part of the Surveillance & Tactical Radar Solutions (STaRS) finance team; helping to create a management operating system to enhance organizational performance, develop organizational capability, and meet customer & shareholder commitments.
What you Will Do
- The Business Manager will lead an organization of two analysts and be responsible for managing the financial performance of the E-2D Hawkeye Program which includes primarily Firm Fixed Price production programs, spares, and ongoing proposal activities.
- You will provide recommendations for various business reviews such as Estimates at Completion (EACs), Gate reviews, & Program Management Reviews (PMRs).
- In addition, you will be responsible for the oversight of FP&A deliverables including Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Short Range Outlook (SRO), 5-year strategic long-range Plan (LRP), monthly forecasts, & balance sheet analysis.
- You will work closely with the cross-functional program teams to ensure accurate and timely identification of risks and opportunities.
- Additionally, you will Manage several direct reports and responsible for direct reports’ performance and provide guidance regarding career development plan
- You will regularly interact with program directors and senior finance leadership.
- Influential and effective written and verbal communication will be required skills. This position will help drive various program cadence and continued process improvements.
- You will need to analyze and interpret data quickly to make informed and impactful business decisions.
- You must be able to interpret and ensure the implementation of Raytheon financial policies and procedures to program personnel in their daily/weekly communications.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 6 years experience.
- Minimum 8 years of related finance experience.
- Experience with SAP (BW/APEX/PRISM), PMX and Rplan.
- Prior experience in Defense or Aerospace.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

- Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
- Excellent personal computer skills including a high level of proficiency with MS Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
Additional Information
- This position is grade M4, Manager, Program Cost Controls.
- Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 112,000 USD - 224,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
