Responsibilities:

• Collaborate directly with customers and potential clients to define needs and create solutions that enhance sales and project throughput.

• Deliver top-notch customer service with effective communication, actively listening and addressing questions on product features and pricing.

• Source products, quote prices, and provide comprehensive pre- and post-sales support.

• Develop and maintain thriving relationships with new and existing clientele, increasing sales of aviation products and services.

• Apply knowledge of government program management to assist with capture and return to service initiatives.

• Lead spaneting and sales strategies by tracking sales metrics and developing promotional materials.

• Demonstrate expertise in government quoting, proposal writing, and navigating governmental sites such as SAM.

• Perform additional duties as required to support organizational objectives.

Requirements:

• High School diploma required; Bachelors or Masters degree preferred.

• Minimum of 10+ years of specialized sales experience within special missions.

• At least 5+ years of leadership experience preferred.

• Strong computer skills in Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Proposal Writing.

• Proficient understanding of government capture cycles and navigating government sites.

• Ability to work independently with high levels of organization and attention to detail.
