Job Description:
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for an Aftersales Procurement Contract Manager (m/f) to join our PYCR - Aftersales Procurement Contract department based in Toulouse.
You will join a multi-national team of around 80 people with diverse backgrounds ranging from procurement, engineering, services and sales, to project management and legal. Its mission is to shape the Airbus Procurement contractual landscape, delivering best-in-class contractual expertise, standards, guidance & negotiation support, allowing the business to operate in an efficient and safe contractual environment.

Your challenges:
Provide direct support to buyers and managers in negotiating, drafting, and approving complex procurement agreements with suppliers and airline customers.
Define contractual strategies, assess the legal components of bids, and approve all contractual baselines prior to final signature.
Analyze and manage contract amendments, mitigate legal risks, and address pre-litigation, claims, or critical supplier events (e.g., insolvency).
Support aircraft sales campaigns regarding supplier support conditions and deliver dedicated training to airline customers.
Contribute to the &34;Contracting of Tomorrow&34; initiative (digital contracts, templates) and develop training modules to grow contractual competencies internally.
Your boarding pass:
Background in Business Law, International Procurement, Contract Management, or Aviation Management.
Proven experience in both contract drafting and contract negotiation, ideally within the aircraft maintenance, MRO, or aviation aftermarket sector.
Proficiency in legal drafting, contractual risk assessment (IP, confidentiality), and tendering processes; strong understanding of business models and procurement supply chains.
&34;Can-Do&34; attitude, pragmatic approach to balancing business and contractual risks, analytical rigor, strong team spirit, and outstanding relationship-building skills.
Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory, with a natural ease for words and formal contract drafting.
