Required:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Federal Aviation Administration issued Mechanic certificate with both Airframe and Powerplant ratings.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers in both written and oral form.
- Ability to read and comprehend maintenance manuals and technical data in English.
- CMF 15 aviation MOS series or another military or commercial equivalent to the assigned aircraft.
- Minimum of 10 years prior experience maintaining specific assigned aircraft (H-60 and UH-1).
- 10 years direct experience in aircraft maintenance, civilian or military.
- Must have exercised the privilege of their Airframe and Powerplant License for a minimum of 6 months of the previous 24 months.
- Must have previous experience working on phase or heavy maintenance on assigned aircraft.
- Experience with working from blueprint drawings, diagram, specifications, service manuals, sketches, templates, and other incomplete data.
- Ability to sit, stoop, bend, crawl, crouch, and climb aircraft to perform aircraft maintenance task.
- Ability to obtain and maintain the required U.S. Security Clearance. #LI-MZ1
