Essential Responsibilities
Define maintainability needs and connect with engineering organizations (from design to In Service teams) to guarantee application and evolution of the maintenance planning (preventive, predictive and corrective tasks)
Support fleet modeling to identify spare parts needs along the entire engine lifecycle
Define needs of Support and test equipment with particular attention to Packaging, handling, storage and transportation for most important items
Identify Manpower and personnel needs for the different maintenance bases
Define needs of Training for operators and Technical publications
Participate in cross functional team as part of lean events for service contracts productivity enhancement
Qualifications/Requirements
Master’s degree in Mechanical/Aeronautical Engineering or related, from an accredited university
Good interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
Clear thinking and diligent approach
Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required
Fluency in English and Italian
Desired Characteristics
Proven experience in Aerospace business
Proven experience in similar role
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
Demonstrated ability to lead programs and manage projects
Ability to document, plan, and execute programs
