Roles and Responsibilities

  • Drive operational discipline to achieve world-class performance in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC), ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and values
  • Convene regular operations reviews to monitor progress, proactively identify risks, and lead cross-functional problem-solving efforts to ensure sustained performance improvement.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously refine policies and procedures toensure compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture ofaccountability, collaboration, and innovation while providing strategic guidance and support
  • Develop and deliver visual KPI dashboards that provide actionable insightsinto operational and strategic outcomes, enabling informed decision-making at all levels
  • Create and execute action plans that drive cost optimization, operationalefficiency, and cash performance, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives
  • Establish and enforce Standard Work practices, ensuring robust operating rhythms and processes that promote knowledge sharing, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the organization
  • Partner with the FLIGHT DECK Leader & PV team coaches to identify, launch, and execute transformational process changes, leveraging lean principles to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
  • Provide direct supervision and mentorship to the PV Operations team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering professional growth
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and Finance to develop and implement effective P&E planning, streamline NAH consolidation and analysis, and oversee voucher management—including issuance, tracking, andreconciliation—to optimize budgets and exceed KPIs
  • Support MORs, WORs, and DORs, and mentor teams on Flight Deck practices, including action plans, daily management, and problem-solving
  • Demonstrated expertise in defining and executing strategic initiatives to enhance organizational operational performance
  • Strategically identify and prioritize productivity initiatives to maximize impact and drive results
  • Lead/support critical projects as needed and assigned by PV Ops leadership

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field
  • 5–10 years of experience in engineering, operations, or manufacturing leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and driving operational excellence
  • Experience with lean manufacturing principles, process improvement, and project management

Desired Characteristics

  • Exposure to strategic planning and forecasting, and familiarity with Engineering Ops/Finance tools and processes (Smartsheet, Spotfire, Clarity, Microsoft Project)
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to lead and deliver in a highly matrixed environment on result-orientated priorities using strong project management, analytical, time management and prioritization skills
  • Experience leveraging lean and lean applications to simplify, standardize, and sustain operational processes for delivering data and insights.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with senior and c-suite level leaders and influence across a matrix, global organization
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to break down data into actionable, concise insights to drive informed decision-making
