Summary:
Regular and predictable attendance required.
Performs complex production assembly operations on structural parts, mechanical assemblies, subassemblies, and aircraft systems using manual or automated tools.
Performs functional testing of aircraft electrical systems and components.
Troubleshoots and repairs aircraft systems and electrical faults.
Assesses and documents test/analysis data for compliance.
Identifies production constraints and escalates unresolved issues with clear communication.
Supports team performance through cross-training and mentoring.
Adheres to strict Safety and Compliance standards.
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED required; higher education or vocational training accepted.
7+ years in aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing.
7+ years in electrical assembly and/or electronic materials.
7+ years in avionics systems troubleshooting, wire bundle installation, and aircraft electrical troubleshooting.
7+ years using Microsoft Suite, email, internet navigation, and specialized software.
7+ years reading and following detailed work instructions, blueprints, drawings, and specifications (English).
Ability to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift.
Must meet physical requirements: kneeling, bending, overhead reaching, climbing, crawling, crouching, twisting, handling tools, and standing/walking for extended periods.
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
