We are seeking an IT Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will ensure our IT infrastructure remains current, reliable, and fully aligned with operational needs, while supporting colleagues across the organisation. This role is well suited for early-career professionals looking to grow within a dynamic technology environment.

In addition to providing first-line IT support, the position offers broad exposure to technology projects and system implementations across Comlux Aviation, including initiatives closely linked to information security. The role provides a strong platform for professional development and hands-on experience in a modern aviation IT landscape.

Main duties and key responsibilities include:

• Provide basic IT support to all Comlux aviation employees
• Keep up with IT compliance and information security
• Adequate knowledge and experience of public cloud technologies (M365/Azure)
• Experience with IT hardware and operating systems (Windows)
• Assist in managing the company phone system
• Proficient in networking administration
• Manage software licenses
• Development and implementation of IT policies and procedures
• Support new technology projects development
• Maintaining the Internal IT asset register
• Setup new user accounts and IT equipment (laptops, phones, etc)
• Engage in other tasks as required for the IT department

Qualifications and experience shall include:

• 2 years of experience in IT support environment (Entry level can be considered based on candidate skills)
• Knowledge and experience of public cloud technologies (M365/Azure)
• Understanding of Networking concepts (LAN, WAN, Switches, Routing, Firewalls and VPN)
• Experience with MS Windows based systems including MS Server 2016/2019, Dynamics NAV, MS SQL, IIS and Active Directory is a plus
• Hands-on experience on Microsoft solutions including, Windows 11, Endpoint management solution (MS Intune) and Microsoft 365.
• Manage service agreements and software licenses
• Engage with external IT providers for project and maintenance work
• Communication Skills (English) – both written and verbal
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Security oriented persona
• Proactive attitude and curiosity for participation in new projects
